Sophie is 4lbs and she has enough room to stand and stretch but it would be a tight fit for two to lay down I think. It holds a pet up to 14lbs but you can see that Sophie rather fills it up. (She's a bed hog too though, lol) However, I know that they also carried this 'Pet Viewer' seat in larger sizes too
Only one leash inside though. I think you can find a double with two leashes on their site.
