The laws that are in place that prevent my dog from flying in the cabin are there for a reason. They protect the entire state, native plants and animals from possible diseases, seeds, pollen, and soil that my dog could be carrying which could be devastating to the native Hawaiian plants and animals. The laws are in place for a reason and as part of that law I don't REQUIRE my dog to fly, I can fly without him, and flew a dozen times last year without him, therefore he would not be allowed in the cabin.
I'm not looking be excluded from this law, I'm looking for tips to work WITH the law.
