I have one almost exactly like that. It straps around the head rest and around the back of the seat. It just clips and then theres the clip inside to clip to Jaspers harness. He doesn't really like to sit in it because he'd rather sit in my lap, but thats a no no so hes getting used to it. Oh, and I have a small Civic and so the car seat is just the perfect size.
