I do it on occassion. I have a cuple that start screaming before I even touch them. I call them little liars. These little guys just move the wrong way and you've clipped too far. They hate getting their nails clipped anyway. I usually begin clipping pups nails at a week of age.....Guess what I did with my last litter....I cut too short and made a baby bleed.....talk about scared....sceptic stick did the trick.

Your baby will be just fine.
