Do you mean she chased a bird outside? Mine does that everyday!
She's only 15 weeks old and she needs lots of human interaction and attention. If she peed on the floor, then that is not surprising since she is only 15 weeks old. Give her a bully stick to chew on and perhaps she won't chew the house to bits.
