Thanks for all the advise and tips about this. Of course when I blackened it in, she couldn't see the number to put down on-line! Duh, you could tell I should have been in bed when I wrote that!!! However, I'm glad that I did, because I didn't know the correct age to have them fixed or think of holding back on the papers until they show proof that they did get it done. SO, thank you very much to all that posted.
