One of my co-workers has a sweet yet very high energy Boxer (Captain). She has a pretty hectic work schedule and she exercises him as much as she possibly can but he still tends to get bored. And when he gets bored he jumps (or digs under) the fence that she has repaired and modified multiple times for him. She has had to search for him before going to work, appear in court when he has been found without a leash, and pay tickets also. My co-worker has had Captain for over 5 years and loves him dearly, but she has sadly come to the conclusion that she can no longer keep him. As can be expected she wants him to go to the best home possible. Do any of you know of any rescues for Boxers (or anything similar) to help this sweet dog. We are located in Southeast Michigan (Southfield area).
