thats really a terrible thing what that lady did, and the conditions in which those poor doggies have to endure. The best thing probably would be to report to animal cruelty and neglect, so that she can't continue beating people out of a large sum of money. Its no telling how many people she has already conned. Please take action! To hear such a story, makes my heart ache.
