I'm assuming you mean the Continental Kennel Club, not the legitimate Canadian Kennel Club. My guess is he may be a mixed breed; the CKC will register mixes, and need no sort of proof to call it a purebred. Have you seen the mama a papa? Do you know if they did any type of genetic testing? I bought a dog from a byb and he had a genetic illness from inbreeding, and was paralyzed by the age of 7, it a really heartbreaking thing to see. Yorkies have so many genetic weaknesses, it's really important to support only good breeders, and in the long run it will cost you less, and be much easier on you emotionally.
