That is not true. When my Vet did not have a drug in stock I needed, I was able to take a paper prescription to the Banfield and they filled it for me there. I would double check with Banfield the corporation not the individual location. Good Luck
Oh the other thing you can try is to see if you have a compounding pharmacy by you. They can change the liquid into a solid for you
