I would say to the OP to do your homework. Like before you buy a car you research, check out the car, look it up on line, check the reviews, ask a mechanic how often they are serviced, etc. So if you do that for a piece of machinery...you better do twice as much before breeding. Because unlike cars the dog you purchase to breed can have lasting effects on the breed itself.
Do your research. Talk to Yorkie owners and breeders. Study the AKC standards and what a great representation of the breed looks like. Learn about all the testing that a breeding dog needs prior to breeding, talk to your vet. Then get a mentor and go from there. You should be breeding to improve your lines, not to try and make money. |
