And why can't I just take her with me??? We want to go to Chicago to my nephew's christening. But i don't think it's a good idea to have a travel nervous dog go 8 hours in a car, then either get stuck in a kennel in a hotel in such a big city because she can't go in places with us. Why can't dogs go into a cathedral or a restaurant with owners, children get to go inside in their baby seats and strollers. Why do i have to leave my precious doggie in a travel kennel in a hotel room that might get stolen or hurt in order to go anywhere with her.
I'm at a loss now, no one wants to help us out and take her for the weekend and we really have no way of taking her with us. Am I doomed to live in MO forever and never travel again despite my traveling urges i always have????

Personally how good would a dinner be if everyone brought their pets and had them sitting and spit dripping while your eating dinner.
I get frustrated too because it's hard to get someone to watch 3 dogs but I don't think bringing dogs to church or any where that serves food would ever be a good idea.
