To be honest, I'm not really sure. Hopefully someone else can answer that question for you. I've heard people switching at that age and I've heard people switch when they're at least a year. I didn't switch Sasha to adult food until she turned a year old (literally) but then again around that time, I was still learning about foods and such. I probably could've switched her sooner when I look back at it, but she did just fine the way I did it. I would think it's ok if you think he's done growing.
