I guess putting her in your bed didn't work either. Is your dog paper trained or does she go outside to pee? I would try to cure the barking by putting her by your bed at night so she is close to you and then letting her outside every time she barks and going straight back to bed. It may take some time but she should figure out that barking at night tells you that she needs to pee (the only reason I believe a dog should bark at night). She will realize that her barking doesn't get her what she wants but there is something that does happen consistently when she barks as apposed to just being told to stop. These little Yorkies are too smart for our own good sometimes she should get it quickly that her barking at night only results in one thing and it isn't what she wants. I hope this helps.
Mind you I am being trained right now by my little diva they're too much ... gotta love em!
