well to be honest Taylor doesn't bark at all unles it's a serious game of attack! and she sleeps outside by herself and only comes in to the room in the morning to say hello. But your dog sounds like she has seperation anxiety...I know that sounds crazy but it's possible. Taylor cries sometimes in the morning to come in but hardly ever barks.
I suggest going online and doing some research or looking through older Yorkie posts and seeing if there are any old ones discussing barking or seperation anxiety.
