You should do a light touch around his body. If he reacts to it, then it might indicate that he might have some kind of injury. But if he seems fine and is his usual self then maybe he is ok, but yeah definatley keep an eye on him.
Happened at 2.30am. Toby is fine with stairs, but I normally carry them down them, because I worry about them falling.

Anyway, I had just let him out to pee, and he was getting a drink so I headed back up the stairs, and heard him following me up. As I was going into the bedroom, all I could hear were the bangs of him falling down them. I can only assume he just lost his footing, and I think he must've been quite near the top.

I have touched his body, and there is no reaction to pain anywhere, so I am satisfied at the minute. Any behaviour out of the normal and it will be straight to the vet. I think if I took him to the vet now, as he is with no apparent injuries, they would just tell me to monitor him anyway.
