I only know of one place in England that is good for dogs in general and that's Lincolnshire. When we go on holidsy to Ingoldmills near Skegness
the cafe's let dogs in, a lot of shops put water outside and allow dogs, and it's very dog friendly. I can understand a lot of places though it's because of the hygiene laws.
