thanks for the kind words i was soo upset the only thing i was thinking was thank god i don't have Sara with me (three pounds) i would never have been able to tell this lady what a idiot she was. i just could not get over this woman swinging her handbag with a dog inside and this was not a pretty dog carrier it was purse with no ventilation. is that even safe? ug i hate stupid people
