I razzled her all up with my hands and my facial expressions to the point that she just got so darn excited and i kept saying it over and over SPEAK SPEAK...until she started barking then i'd say YES and give treats for each bark until she realized it meant something to do it.
i use this technique for "quiet" as well...get her riled up speaking over and over and then say QUIET. and she'll sit and look at me waiting for a treat
unfortunetly quiet doesn't phase her unless she's doing her trick show
