Hi. Welcome to YT. Well, most don't do well that are dually trained.
Some questions others might ask:
How old is she? Was she trained on both when you got her or to just go outside? How long were you gone? Was this the first misstep on her part?
I would add that if she isn't totally trained yet that you will need to confine her to a smaller area when you are gone.
