If she's not 100% back to normal, I would get her back to the vet ASAP. Head trauma is dangerous and can be life threatening. Is she walking normally? or still sleeping alot? Bumps on the head can easily cause the brain to swell, there are meds to treat this. If she's still following you around, (and that is not normal for her to do) she's trying to tell you she's not feeling well. I would take her back to the vet ASAP.

As of today she is back to her normal self, thank God! She woke up tail wagging (after sleeping with me two nights and not in her crate!) and giving my hubby a tongue bath lol! She's eating well and doing so much better! She was walking fine, but yes sleeping a lot, but all is well now.
