May want to pick up some Nutrical, concentrated supplement paste until she starts eating better. It may work better than the Pedialyte alone, to keep her glucose level up. Be sure to keep her warm, you can use a heating pad on LOW only, and be sure she has room to move off of it if she gets too warm. You can run the plug and cord through a piece of PVC plastic pipe to keep her from chewing on it, or put it under a kennel. If she doesn't show great improvement in 24-48 hours after starting the Doxycycline, take her back to the vet, he may need to change the antibiotic.
