he,he..... I work for a builder, but I think he is tired of listening to me They have told me what works and what doesn't, but we do mostly commerical property now. I want the wood look, but I want it to be pee friendly. The heated flooring system can work with the laminate/vinyl but it has to be placed in a different bonding agent (I think).

My son does have good taste. He wants to do the tile upstairs so I will shut up. I dont think it is porcelian tile in the basement.
