Never heard back from this person since yesterday.
I just think it's so sad and sickening how people take advantage of situations liks this! |
I bolded in red the part that is total BS. Good thing you were on the ball. You probably would never have seen a puppy and they'd be 150 richer.
Scammers are very good at what they do so ALWAYS ask questions and never send money via Western Union especially for some made up fee. I believe most sellers (legit) don't pick up the shipping - that's on your end....)
personally I'd never have a puppy shipped but know others have and it's worked out. I'm just not one of those people unless I had LOTS of dealings with them (like someone on here with a good track record)
You're better off networking with legit breeders - there's plenty out there that are honest - maybe not with the best puppies - but if you're looking for a pet only - try to make connections with people that have proven results and customers that you can talk to.....you never know who you're dealing with these days unless you do lots of research.
