As others have said, enjoy it! Apple was a "late" barker...She still isn't much of a barker, and I'm so glad...She barks, if someone rings the doorbell (even on t.v. lol), but that's about it...HOWEVER, my little buzzy boy is a barker, and it is an obnoxious bark...He barks at Apple to get her to give him her bully stick (he has one, but he wants hers)...If he keeps on and on, I scold him, verbally, to stop his barking, and he usually does...If he won't stop, he has to have time-out, in the gated area of the kitchen for about 5 minutes...Then he comes out nice and quiet lol...
