PLEASE CHECK WITH SHELTER ON THE DATE OF AVAILABILITY OF THIS DOG Sissy was picked up near the Chauncey School. She has many issues...for one she is very nervous in the shelter. Sissy appears to be blind in one eye, has a dry skin condition and could possibly be deaf or very hard of hearing. She is just the sweetest dog but one that will need a very caring owner willing to cater to her medical needs.
