ok i just went to look at the policy on that...lol...i have this habit of checking things out for myself...

seems like it is only free if the funds are coming right out of your bank account or paypal balance....

fees are charged if you use your debit or credit card...by the sender or seller depending on what the sender chooses...whereas if you buy it then the seller pays the fees but usually the seller will charge it to you anyways...lol

* Fully or partially funded with:
* Credit card
* Debit card
* PayPal credit

2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
Fee is paid by the sender or recipient-sender decides.
