Yeah, it's really hard to find a Yorkie for under $1000 here in California. In my case, Tia's "flaws" brought the price down. My breeder accepted cash and money orders, but I guess it would be safe to pay with a cc. I'm not sure how protected you would be. Maybe call the credit card company and see if their protection plan extends to that situation?
