Nancy, if you click on the first link I provided in post #1, it tell why animal abuse should be a felony and touches on some of the things you've said before about a high percentage of animal abusers also being child and spouse abusers.

There are a great many people here that are very upset at this bill's defeat. The only thing to do is apply pressure and hope for a different result next year.
