What a tragedy. I thought dog parks was a great idea when I first read
about them years ago. Discussing this with my vet, at the time, he thought
they were not such a good idea. Not all dog owners at the same of course.
Some don't get the needed shots, other's don't care what their dog does.
He discouraged me from going. Two neighbor's, one with small s**t-zu
the other, don't know her but see her walking like she owns the place has
a pit bull. The pit attacked the poor s**t-zu and took it's eye out right
in front of them. The pit owner apoligized and left! Refused to pay medical
expenses as well. She also moved
soon after. If you have a nice one, know the people who go there I still
think it a nice idea to let your dog be free but if you don't know the owner's
I would not go. To many things can happen to small dogs. |
