What she was structurely at 8 weeks...is what she'll be as an adult. How they grow comes in spurts and at different times. For example her rear legs may grow faster than her front...but eventually it all catches up. If her parents or grandparents weren't long bodied...I wouldn't expect her to be either.
Weight wise...you can double her 12 week weight, plus add 1 pound and that is a close estimate of her adult weight.
