I'm glad that you have the pedialyte and that your baby ate chicken and rice. Sounds like you are doing the right things -- keeping a close eye on her for dehydration and breathing.

I would make an appointment as soon as possible with a regular vet, preferably one with small dog experience. New pups should have a general exam anyway within 24 -48 hours of picking up from the breeder. Plus, you need to establish a schedule for future vaccinations.

I would also call the breeder and discuss the problems with that person.

Definitely go see a regular vet...and keep this thread updated with your little one's progress.
