Does anyone know whats wrong with him? PLEASE HELP! I feel so bad like I can't do anything!
An xray will not alway show a collaped trachea. I cannot believe a vet would not know how to examine a pup and palpate the trachea to see if he coughed. I would definitely be looking for another vet....and sooner rather than later. As everyone has said, he could end up really sick!

Just so you know....a collapsed trachea makes the pup sound like a goose...they have a honking noise for a cough.

There is a thread that describes it. I will look for it.
