I'm sorry your baby is sick. Glad you took her to the ER. A few questions for you that might help some of the experienced and knowledgeable people here advise you:
When did you bring her home?
What are you feeding her?
Has she been checked out by your regular vet?
Any vaccinations given recently?
What did the ER vet advise?
Have you contacted your pup's breeder?
