All of mine are a heavy weights...Barney is 10 lbs., Daisy is 8 lbs and Teddy is 8 lbs. Teddy and Barney are thin and Daisy is slightly overweight.
So 9 lbs for a yorkie is not that unusual. There are a lot of yorkies on here that are even more than that!
