Being an exhibitor requires the right disposition and people skills. You might be able to handle a dog, but it won't matter if you don't know how to handle people.
Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from good etiquette, tact, and social grace.
In this sport and in life, we should all strive to be
gracious: characterized by tact and propriety, charm, good taste, and generosity of spirit; of merciful and compassionate nature.
And when we can't live up to these ideals, we have to at least fake it.
