Not Delta. It was $100 to bring Spike back from the Rescue Group in Ohio a week ago Saturday. It makes me furious that a squally 1-2 yo can ride on it parents lap for free while a pup is shoved under the seat in front of you for a fee. I believe Airtran and Southwest are the cheapest. However, check all legs of your trip for flex kennel dimensions b/c regional carriers can be different, especially when it comes to the type of aircraft, ex. Delta MD80 and ASE Canadian 40 seater.
