That's what this breeder was banking on when he/she sold her. There is no way they didn't know of these problems.
This puppy will need life long treatment for the dry eye and vision problems that will come with it. It is a painful condition if not treated daily. This puppy should be spayed, and taken care of for the rest of it's life.
I'm afraid breeding is not an option with this girl. I would take the puppy back ASAP. However, I would also NOT want a replacement puppy from these breeders. Because if they sold this puppy (I am assuming for a hefty price tag as well) to you without informing you of these problems...they have no ethics to begin with.
