sorry That took forever and the ER vet said Chichi was fine and sometimes a dog can have the whites of thear eyes go red if they are stressed or upset but this is normally a large dog thing chichi is a chi/doxie mix about 8 pounds but he said he was fine not damaged at all but wants me to talk to may regular vet about this happening apparently it is very very strange i wanted to thank everyone for thear kind words it helped
i was in the waiting room 2 hours and in the exame room waiting another 30 min i was so upset about it they kept bumping her back but all it well and i will call regular vet in the morning
