I was reading online and saw where a couple of people said their vets had recommended Vaseline. It sounded weird but after reading a bit I figured I'd try it.
About a half hour or so later she poo'd and I saw something yellow.. sure enough part of it had come out. She must have biten it in half before swallowing it.
The vaseline isn't something you'd want to do on a regular basis but I'd do it again in a heartbeat if another such situation arose again.
