If your baby's not bothering her eye like she's in pain then she should be ok. I've been through this a couple of times with Soph. She has a bad habit of jumping off our bed and landing on the cat. The cat, being sound asleep at the time, usually doesn't react well. 10 days of eye ointment and a round of antibiotics and Soph is fine, perfect vision and just a couple of little white spots on one eye to mark where the cat got her. The ER vet will probably put some drops in your baby's eye and then use a special light that will let him see if the cornea is scratched, how badly, how deep. From what you're describing, though, the eye should be ok. Keep us posted.
