Our 1-1/2 yr old Yorkie sisters are barking incessantly when they see squirrels or mourning doves. They want out immediately and won't stop barking till we do. They also bark when they see a neighbor out. How on earth can we get them to stop. Pretty soon our neighbors won't be so friendly. Any suggestions will be welcomed.
