I feel so bad for you since I know how excited my daughter was when Reesie was getting ready to come home here.
What I would do is bypass a breeder and try a Yorkie rescue. Your heart is broken but so are many little hearts that were abandoned by their owners for what ever reason. The best part about this is that it might even be less expensive for you!
