I agree here too. This dog needs to feel safe and be safe and as long as that woman is living with you it can't be. You can NEVER take your gaurd down. That poor dog will live in constant fear and being a rescue i am sure it has had enough fear. Sorry to say you either need to rehome your dog or ask your roomate to move out.
