I guess if he doesn't, he fears the family may kill it in another way. Yes, I agree!!!! This owner is insane and it's TOTALLY INHUMANE for such a request!!! The family should be charged for animal cruelty! If I died, I would want me dogs to be in a loving home, preferably someone who can love them MORE than I can. This is such a saddening news! What a stupid person to make such as dumb request!! I am sure there are others that could love TomTom better than he did!
