Oh dear, what a bummer about your shirt. Sorry to dissapoint you, but I can tell you that my old yorkies loved to chew all of their lives. Rarely did they destroy any of my things, but I was always aware that the possibility was there!
Make sure you keep lots of "Bitter Apple" in the house, and soak everything down that has to stay in Coco's vacinity. (of course, that won't work for your shirts, but am guessing you will keep them a bit higher up from now on, unfortunately). Bitter Apple works great for Wosie, she hates it bad.
