This is my first post here. I bought a male yorkie puppy two days ago (this is my first dog), he is four months old, and the last two days, he's dragged his butt across the floor before going #2. I did a little research,and I've seen talk that this may be indictitive of either worms, a scent gland problem, or just a bottom that isn't quite clean. But all the websites that I've seen have discussed this happening after going, not before.

I have a vet appointment scheduled next week, and I plan on asking, but I wanted to ask if anyone could weigh in on this. I hope I don't sound too neurotic, but this is my first puppy and I want him to be healthy and happy. Thank you!
