I ended up with a 3 pound Yorkie named Sara. i was very worried about her because she is half the size of my smallest dog,but she fit in well and quickly found her place in the pack at about 3rd. however i was still very worried because she is only 3 pounds and she keeps jumping around i am convinced that she is going to jump off the couch (that she climbed up) and break a leg. well she jumped off the kitchen chair and started limping so i had her in the vet 1st thing this morning and the vet told me that not only would she be fine odds are if she can jump up she can jump down but he also told me that she is a little under weight and she should be closer to 4 pounds this makes me happy because i know how to treat a 4 pound dog Gatsby was stuck at 4 pounds until he ahd a growth spurt and shot up to 6 this might not seem like such great news to everyone else but to me it is fantastic. and i just wanted to share my happiness (by the way her leg was fine she stopped limping in like 15 min but by that time i had her in the car on the way to the vet)
