I am guessing this Biewer was just to big either for a pet or as a breeding dog. If you go on
Puppies for Sale, Dogs for Sale and Dog Breeders you will see many that are above the standard listed.
I might add there are very few dogs on this website I would buy...Sadly many people are just pumping them out without any consideration to their health.
