Ava was vomiting blood and I surely would have done an endoscopy if suggested to rule out something else. What IF she had an ulcer and ended up bleeding out because it had not been diagnosed?

To each his own....but, I am very careful about refusing necessary tests. I don't know how you have run up the bills you say you have since you seem to refuse a lot of tests and operations. Your vetting must be terribly expensive.
